In April 2023, the Ishimaru Brothers [i-Bros.] moved from their hometown of Setagaya Ward, Tokyo to the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake.
13-year-old Kei Ishimaru and 12-year-old Ryo Ishimaru are alpine skiers who love skiing. They ski grass skiing in summer and fall, and alpine skiing in winter and spring!
"i-Bros." is a webpage that introduces them.
The two admire former alpine skier Marcel Hirscher from Salzburg, Austria, who retired on September 4, 2019, and are working hard to become the best skiers in the world.
They are undergoing training based on the "4 Stance Theory," which utilizes their characteristics and turns them into strengths, rather than focusing on what they don't have.
Since they were in the third grade of elementary school, they travel to Austria and Switzerland every winter for intensive training for one to two months.
Please support the Ishimaru brothers, junior alpine skiers who live life on their own terms and aim to be the best in the world!
